O2SL and QRT National will be presenting on the subject of “Integration of Deflection with Recovery Courts” to the New England Association of Recovery Court Professionals (NEARCP) in Danvers, MA, on November 15, 2023. NEARCP is a non-profit consortium of judges, lawyers, treatment providers, case managers, probation and law enforcement officers, and other professionals promotes regional coordination and provides policy and practice, training, technical assistance, and resource support to the recovery court community in the New England area.
