Kendall Jordan

Kendall Jordan, LMSW

Treatment Strategy Expert, Community Transformation Leader
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Kendall completed her Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of Louisville in 2016. Quickly realizing her passions were outside of the traditional classroom setting, she went on to work at a youth residential home with foster children and then as a case manager at a substance use disorder treatment facility. From there, she completed her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Louisville, which then allowed Kendall to practice therapy in an acute inpatient hospital setting, individual and group therapy settings, and intensive outpatient settings. Kendall then went on to work with the Kentucky Opioid Response Effort (KORE) to administer the treatment strategies for persons with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders funded by SOR (State Opioid Response).

Kendall helped to provide direction, integration, and coordination of services with SOR funding recipients, state agencies, and existing providers in the delivery of effective substance use and mental health treatment programs. Additionally, she provided ongoing support to SOR project leaders to effectively implement treatment strategies to address the opioid crisis. Her passion project was working with the Quick Response Teams across the state to provide assertive outreach and engagement to Kentucky’s most vulnerable communities with substance use disorder and provide linkage to services, provide harm reduction tools, and build community among those traditionally left out. Kendall moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2022 to pursue independent Social Work licensure in private practice, and continue to expand upon the work with partners with QRT National and Operation 2 Save Lives.
