O2SL & QRT National and Cordata Delivers Situation Table Training in Morehead, Rowan County, KY
MOREHEAD, KY — Operation 2 Save Lives (O2SL) & QRT National and Cordata delivered a two-day Situation Training session in Morehead, Rowan County, Kentucky. On Wednesday, Nov. 6, the county will launch the Morehead, Rowan County, KY Situation Table — a model that facilitates multi-agency interventions for those at risk of experiencing a crisis. The training, funded by the Kentucky Opiate Abatement Commission, took place Oct. 16-17 in the Morehead Police Department’s Community Room. O2SL & QRT National and Cordata Delivers National Training in Hardin County, KY
ELIZABETHTOWN, KY — Hardin County, the Hardin County Coroner’s Office, Lincoln Trail Public Health, CommuniCare and other area community partners now have essential deflection skills following a training program led by Operation 2 Save Lives (O2SL) & Quick Response Time (QRT) National and Cordata. The Deflection Academy took place from Sept. 17-18 and trained 22 professionals representing Hardin, Breckenridge, Meade and Marion county organizations. The training was funded and supported by the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Commission. Deflection is an upstream preventative approach to substance use and mental health that offers pathways for a community based response to occur before an event such as an overdose, arrest or mental health crisis. PULASKI COUNTY, KY – Operation 2 Save Lives (O2SL) and QRT National delivered a two-day Situation Training session in Pulaski County, Kentucky. On Oct. 1, the county will launch the Pulaski County, KY Situation Table – a model that facilitates multi-agency interventions for those at risk of experiencing a crisis. The training, funded by the Kentucky Opiate Abatement Commission, took place Sept. 11-12, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Airport in Somerset, KY.
