O2SL & QRT National will be presenting as Subject Matter Experts in co-responder deflection models at the Solutions Action Plan (SAP) training hosted by Police, Treatment, and Community Collaborative (PTACC) in Springfield, Illinois. Additionally, assistance will be provided in creating a strategic plan to address the needs of their community.
