Prima Golda

Prima is O2SL & QRT National’s IT Support Specialist. Prima works in various capacities within the organization in areas such as proprietary web application training, technical assistance, content management/web development, and as an administrative aid. Prima works alongside an amazing team of former Chiefs of Police who have faithfully served their communities both as uniformed officers and as civilians.

Prima started her career in the United States Air Force working in a Joint Service Intelligence Environment at both CONUS and overseas locations. After receiving Below the Zone promotion, Prima worked her way from apprentice to craftsman in the roles of Mission Support Analyst, SIGINT/Intelligence Analyst, and Training Manager. Prima went on to graduate from both Airman Leadership School and Non-Commissioned Officer Academy receiving promotion to the rank of Staff Sergeant. Prima was awarded the responsibility of Senior Reporting Officer and Assistant Mission Director on a 24-hour missile defense watch floor working alongside government GS-15 and Senior Executive Service personnel. In addition to her career responsibilities, Prima was the Assistant Flight Leader, Enlisted/Officer Performance Report Manager and Enlisted Specialty Training Monitor and was selected as the 29 Intelligence Squadron’s Unit Training Program representative during the Unit Compliance Inspection bringing the squadron into compliance. Prima was also the First Six and Unit Advisory Council Secretaries taking critical issues affecting enlisted personnel to the squadron commander and assisting with outreach and community service activities. During this time, Prima was awarded Technician of the Quarter, NCO of the Quarter, and NCO of the Year as well as both the Joint Service Commendation and Defense Meritorious Service Medals for her efforts.

After honorable discharge from the Air Force, Prima transitioned to government contractor supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI) as a Geospatial Metadata Analyst. Prima provided critical intelligence to support combat operations at forward deployed bases during both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Prima was then promoted to Site Lead of her contract team where she worked to improve military and contractor relations through a shared goal of improved communication, supervision, operations management, intelligence gathering, metadata analysis, and training/development of personnel on these mission critical applications and systems. Her efforts led to advanced promotion to the role of AF NTI Field Site Liaison on behalf of the former Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (now 25th Air Force under the Air Combat Command) where she co-authored the AF NTI United States Signals Intelligence Directive (USSID) seeing it through to promulgation.

Prima holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology (Summa Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (Magna Cum Laude), and an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Applications Technology as well as possessing academic experience in Cybersecurity. Prima has been a member of both the Alpha Sigma Lambda and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies and received the Pitsenbarger Award from the Aerospace Education Foundation. Prima also holds a Technician Class Amateur Radio License.

Prima is honored to work alongside this team as they continue their deflection programming efforts across the country seeking to improve individual outcomes through mental health/substance use treatment, job training, education, and associated interventions.
