Daniel Meloy is the Director of Operations for the Community Services Solutions (CSS), a Division of Homeland Security Solutions, Inc (HSSI) and its benchmark program of services, Operation 2 Save Lives (O2SL) and QRT National. Daniel is a retired Ohio public safety and local government leader, serving as Chief of Police, Director of Public Safety and Township Administrator/CEO during his career of more than 28-years of community service.
